1. About the service

Momen Visual Explainer (“the app”) is a personal tool operated by the channel owner. It uploads the owner’s own videos to the owner’s TikTok inbox as drafts through TikTok’s official APIs.

2. Who may use it

The app is intended for use by its owner with the owner’s own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.

3. Content

Only original content created by the account owner is uploaded. The account owner is solely responsible for the content, captions and labels they publish, including the required AI-generated-content and commercial-content disclosures, and for complying with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation.

4. No automatic publishing

The app only creates drafts. Publishing happens only when the account owner chooses to post from within the TikTok app.

5. Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop working at any time, including if TikTok changes its APIs or policies. These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time by the account owner from TikTok’s app permissions settings.
